By completing this registration, I hereby give permission for my child to participate in all football coaching sessions, matches, and related activities organised by Next Gen Academy. I acknowledge that participation in football involves inherent risks of injury and agree that Next Gen Academy, its coaches, staff, or volunteers shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation, except where caused by proven negligence.

I confirm that my child is medically fit to take part in physical activity. I will inform the Academy in writing of any relevant medical conditions (such as asthma, allergies, injuries, or medication requirements).
In the event of an accident or medical emergency, I authorise the Academy staff to seek necessary medical assistance and agree to cover any associated costs.

All bookings and subscriptions for Next Gen Academy programmes must be completed through our official registration platform. 
Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically via the selected payment method and cover participation in ongoing Academy sessions during the active programme period.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, notice must be provided in writing to Next Gen Academy at least 14 days before your next payment date.
Cancellations will take effect from the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused sessions.

Should Next Gen Academy need to cancel a programme for reasons beyond our control (e.g., venue unavailability or unforeseen circumstances), parents will be notified as early as possible and offered a suitable alternative session where possible.

The safety and well-being of participants are our top priority. In the event of inclement weather, every effort will be made to proceed with each scheduled session as planned. However, if weather conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable (e.g., lightning, severe rain, freezing conditions), Next Gen Academy reserves the right to cancel the session on the affected day.
Parents will be notified of any cancellations as early as possible via email or phone. Due to the nature of our programming and facility scheduling, no refunds or make-up days will be provided for weather-related cancellations.

Next Gen Academy operates throughout the year except during designated holiday periods, which may include public holidays, Christmas, or mid-season breaks.
A full list of planned closure dates will be communicated in advance via email and posted on our communication channels.
Monthly subscription fees take these scheduled breaks into account; therefore, no refunds or credits are applied for these non-operating periods.

I understand that photos or videos may be taken for coaching, promotional, or social media purposes. By submitting this registration, I consent to the use of my child’s image in marketing materials unless I inform Next Gen Academy in writing (via email or at the time of registration) that I do not wish for their image to be used.

I consent to Next Gen Academy storing and processing my child’s personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This information will be used solely for communication, safety, and operational purposes within the Academy and will not be shared with third parties without my consent, except as required by law.

It is the responsibility of the participant or their guardian to ensure that the child is physically fit and able to take part in football-related activities. I will notify Next Gen Academy in writing of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect my child’s participation in sessions.

I and my child agree to:

Failure to comply with the Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from a session or camp without refund.

Next Gen Academy adheres to all relevant health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe training environment.
Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by Next Gen Academy staff during sessions.
In the case of injury or medical emergency during a session, I authorise Academy staff to administer basic first aid and contact emergency services if required. Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the parent/guardian as soon as possible.

I acknowledge that participation in football-related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, fatigue, and non-contact injuries.
I agree to release and hold harmless Next Gen Academy, its owners, employees, and representatives from any claims arising from my child’s participation, except where injury results from gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Next Gen Academy is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings during sessions or camps.

Next Gen Academy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in services after such changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
